August is Children's Eye Health & Safety Month!

Healthy vision plays an important role in learning, reading, sports, and everyday activities. As students head back to school, keep these eye health tips in mind:

✅ Schedule routine comprehensive eye exams.
🌳 Encourage outdoor play and regular breaks from screens.
🥽 Use protective eyewear during sports and recreational activities.
👀 Watch for signs of vision problems, including squinting, frequent eye rubbing, headaches, or holding books and screens very close.
