I have a patient who runs an 8-figure health insurance company... so naturally, I had questions.

I asked him:
“What’s one principle you live by that changed everything for you?”

His answer?
Saying NO more than you say YES.

Because every “yes” comes with a hidden “no.”
Say yes to going out Thursday night?
You might be saying no to waking up sharp Friday morning.

No to personal development.
No to training.
No to the revenue-producing work that actually moves your business forward.

We usually think success is about doing more.
More work. More opportunities. More connections.
More hustle.

But sometimes getting where you want to go is about being disciplined enough to decide what DOESN’T get your time.

Your time and energy are limited.

POV: Physical therapy turns rehab into the World Cup. ⚽😂

Crab walk soccer: shoulder stability, core strength, coordination, and a little trash talk.

Who said physical therapy had to be boring?

Your core needs more than just planks and crunches.

If you want a stronger core, start training it to do what it’s actually designed to do: resist movement, control rotation, and transfer force.

Here are 4 kettlebell exercises worth adding to your routine:
1️⃣ KB Uppercut – Rotational strength and control.
2️⃣ KB Dead Bug – Core stability while your arms and legs move.
3️⃣ KB Kneeling Press – Challenge your core to stay stable while pressing overhead.
4️⃣ Lateral KB Swing – Train your core to control side-to-side forces.

The goal isn’t just to feel your abs burning. It’s to build a core that can handle the demands of everyday life, lifting, and sports.
And the best part? You don’t need 10 different exercises to get there.

📌 Save this for your next core workout and send it to someone who’s still doing 100 crunches a day.

She came in for physical therapy. I came in to defend my undefeated air hockey record.

Core strength, shoulder stability, and a little competitive trauma.

Your back might not need more stretching... it might need more movement.

3 areas I like to train when the back feels stiff:

1) Spinal rotation - your back was made to move.

2) Hip rotation - stiff hips can make your back do
more of the work.

3) Pelvic control - learn to actually control the positions your low back and pelvis move through.

Don’t just stretch what feels tight. Train the movements you’re missing.

Save this for the next time your back feels like a 2x4.

LeBron has chronic arthritis… and he’s still training at the highest level in the world.

Because arthritis doesn’t automatically mean STOP MOVING.

Movement helps circulate synovial fluid through the joint, basically helping your joints stay lubricated and exercise is one of the most important tools we have for managing arthritic pain and maintaining function.

The goal isn’t to avoid using the joint.

It’s to find the amount of movement and load your body can tolerate… then gradually build from there.

Your joints were made to move.

Save this for the next time someone tells you arthritis means you should “take it easy.”

Multiple knee surgeries… but never actually rehabbed them. 🏀

Working with streetballer JLew, one of the biggest things we noticed wasn’t just strength, it was how much knee range of motion he’d lost over the years.

And when you can’t comfortably get into those deeper positions, it affects everything downstream: strength, endurance, explosiveness, and especially his ability to push off and change direction left or right.

So that’s what we’re working on here.

Not just making his knees “stronger.”
Getting him back into the positions he needs to actually hoop.

The goal isn’t rehab for the sake of rehab.

The goal is getting his game back. 🏀🔥

If you’re a baller suffering from a knee injury and want to get back to playing at your full potential. Shoot me a DM and let’s get it!

Sometimes the answer to pain isn’t doing less. It’s finding a way to safely do more.

For months, I avoided the movements that bothered my shoulder. The problem? Avoiding them never taught my shoulder how to handle them again.

So I changed the goal.

Instead of trying to “fix” my shoulder, I started rebuilding its tolerance to the exact movements I wanted back.

Light weight. Controlled reps. Gradual progression. No ego.

Pain doesn’t always mean you need to stop. Sometimes you need a better starting point.

Save this for the next time pain makes you afraid to move and send it to someone who’s been “resting” their shoulder for months.
