🚁 SPONSOR SPOTLIGHT: A HAND FROM ABOVE! ❤️🇺🇸

Some partnerships are more than just sponsorships. They're about people coming together to make a difference!

United Carolinas Cavalry is proud to recognize A Hand from Above (AHFA) as our Aircraft Marshall Sponsor for Homecoming at the Hangar on November 14!

A Hand from Above is an aviation-based disaster relief nonprofit whose dedicated volunteers help connect disaster survivors with critical resources, from immediate relief to long-term recovery and rebuilding.

When disaster strikes, having organizations willing to step up and serve makes all the difference. That's what Neighbors Helping Neighbors is all about! ❤️

Our location has changed. Our commitment to communities continues—and your support is still urgently needed.

Operation Airdrop has moved its Hurricane Isaias relief base from Gulf Air Center at Gulf Shores International Airport (KJKA) to Pensacola Aviation Center at Pensacola International Airport (KPNS).

Physical supply drop-offs at Gulf Air Center are temporarily paused while we assess available supplies and coordinate the new collection arrangements. Please wait for updated instructions before bringing supplies to either location.

Financial donations remain open and are urgently needed to sustain relief operations and deliver food, water, and recovery supplies to communities affected by Hurricane Isaias.

Please give today. If you have supplies ready to donate, contact us at [email protected] so we can coordinate next steps.

Thank you for helping us keep relief moving. Watch for updated drop-off and volunteer details.

We deliver hope on wings.

🙏🙏🙏Western North Carolina, we are wrapping you in love and prayer tonight.

Our hearts are heavy knowing that so many of you are once again hearing flood warnings, watching the skies, and facing fears no community should have to endure twice.

You have already lost so much. You have carried unimaginable heartache, shown extraordinary strength, and fought every day to rebuild your lives.

We wish we could wrap our arms around every single one of you tonight.

Please know that you are not forgotten. You are loved, you are prayed for, and there are people far beyond those beautiful mountains who care deeply about you.

We are praying for the rain to ease, the waters to stay within their banks, and every family and first responder to remain safe.

May God place His protective hands over every home, every family, and every soul in Western North Carolina tonight.

From all of us at A Hand From Above, we are holding you close in our hearts.

You have been through enough. We are praying for peace over your mountains tonight. ❤️

PANAMA | UPDATE FROM THE GROUND

Our partners in Panama continue sharing images of damaged buildings, roads, and infrastructure following the earthquake.

Panama is home to generations of local families and a large expatriate community, including many American and Canadian retirees.

Our concern is especially for vulnerable residents, older adults, and families facing uncertainty.

We remain in communication with our partners on the ground as needs become clearer.

Please keep the people of Panama and those responding in your prayers.

A HAND FROM ABOVE | GLOBAL RESPONSE UPDATE

There is so much good happening in the middle of so much uncertainty. And we want you to know that incredible people around the world are showing up for one another!

Here’s where things stand today:

Hurricane Isaias: We continue monitoring conditions across the Southeast, including the potential for additional flooding in vulnerable communities. Our aviation resources and response partners remain ready to assist where needed.

Panama Earthquake: Our trusted partners, Los Topos, have five rescuers on the ground assessing damage and searching for anyone who may be trapped. We remain in close communication as information develops.

Beyond these events: We continue watching developing storms, severe weather, and disasters that could put more communities at risk.

Behind the scenes, our network of pilots, first responders, rescue teams, and humanitarian organizations continues to grow. Every new connection means more opportunities to help someone when they need it most.

And here’s the beautiful part: YOU are part of this mission, too.

Whether you donate, volunteer, share our updates, or simply check on a neighbor, every act of kindness matters.

We’re praying for the communities affected, grateful for every helping hand, and hopeful for the days ahead.

Stay connected. Stay informed. Keep loving one another.

A Hand From Above
Rescue. Relief. Rebuild.
