Stop using AI for therapy!!! As I said below this is the “Mirror Mirror on the Wall Phenomena”- it will only tell you what you want to hear not what you need to hear. There have been some incredibly tragic stories of people going down dark holes, and even some ending their lives by relying on FAKE treatment. 🌻

Summer has finally arrived in Michigan! Which means Walk and Talk Therapy appointments are now available in Iosco County 👍 Walk-and-talk therapy is an outpatient counseling modality that replaces traditional indoor office visits with sessions held while walking outdoors (e.g., in a local park or on a nature trail). It combines professional mental health guidance with the physiological benefits of physical movement, bilateral stimulation, and nature exposure. If you are interested in trying this out please feel free to reach out and we can get you started 👍

Aetna, Aetna Medicare, Ascension (Smart Health), Cigna, Quest Behavioral, Humana Medicare, Priority Health, and Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan PPO and BCBS Medicare !

I have found a niche that I enjoy and hope to narrow my after hours work to this special population- and by accepting insurance I can possibly reach more people who could benefit from these services. I provide online support and can work with anyone in the state of Michigan. 🌻

I will not be credentialed with Medicaid.

I also offer specialized, affirming, behavioral health services for adults with ADHD or Autism Level One diagnosis through Prosper Health- insurance is accepted through this company- please see Prosperhealth.com for my profile and more information.
