For generations, many men have been taught to suppress emotions, handle problems alone, and view vulnerability as weakness. But mental health is a human issue, not a gendered one.
The truth is:

• Expressing emotions is healthy.
• Rest is necessary.
• Healing is possible.
• Support is for everyone.
No one should have to carry stress, anxiety, depression, grief, or life’s challenges alone.
