This is an extra effort that we make to assure that we are hiring top quality caregivers. The Caregiver Quality Assurance (CQA) program “is designed to identify home care companies that go above and beyond the norm when selecting quality caregivers.” As a part of this certification, we follow an intensive 9-STEP Hiring process that is defined by the certification process. All caregivers are employees of Safe and Sound Home Care, and we maintain a full range of insurance and bonding to protect our clients.
