🎃👻 Trick or Treat at The Willows! 👻🎃

Our residents got into the Halloween spirit, with some dressing up for the occasion and others helping make the fun happen! We had 13 trick-or-treat stations, all manned by our wonderful residents.

There were witches, kitty cats, Raggedy Ann, Hogwarts Slither House, and even Dr. Seuss’s Cat in the Hat! 🧙🐈🎩

We kept everyone fueled up with hot dogs fresh off the roller cooker and some spooky green Witches’ Brew to wash it all down! 🌭💚

From the costumes to the candy, the laughter and the smiles, it was a boo-tiful time for everyone! A big thank-you to all our residents who helped make this Halloween celebration so special! 🎃🍬

Our sales teams from West Virginia and Ohio came together for an insightful training, with an added bonus: A Taste of Inspirit cooking class! Chef Drew, one of our S3 team members, and John, our Food Service Director from one of our West Virginia communities, demonstrated how to best pair our signature Taste of Inspirit spice with classic favor combinations. The final menu included caprese skewers, chicken tortilla soup, a sous vide top round with marsala sauce accompanied by roasted potatoes and carrots, and, of course, crème brûlée for dessert.

It was a great opportunity to come together, laugh, and share stories about what makes Inspirit great.

Welcome, Timothy!

We're excited to welcome Cedar Woods' new General Manager, Timothy Odaynik, MBA, CDP! Timothy has over 15 years of Building Operations, as an Administrator for Yale University, which included responsibility for controlling all financials, human resources, union contracts, and day to day operations for two established clinics.

Timothy also has operations experience as an Executive Director of an assisted living community, and is fully dedicated to the resident experience. Please, join us in welcoming Timothy as General Manager of Cedar Woods!
