Nicole Stapp — Owner & Nurse Practitioner 🌿
With more than 10 years of experience in aesthetics and women's health, Nicole blends medical expertise with an approachable, client-first touch that makes every visit feel personal. When she is not transforming skin and lives at Refinery, you can find her bowling and most likely sipping a diet coke! She also enjoys spending time with her family. She is the heart behind everything we do here at Refinery. 💛
Rachael — Licensed Esthetician & Massage Therapist ✨
Rachael brings both esthetician and massage therapy expertise to every facial, which means your skin AND your soul are going to leave feeling amazing. When she is off the clock she is hanging out with her family, planning her next trip, and probably holding a caramel macchiato from Starbucks. ☕
Eryn — The Warm Welcome You Deserve 😊
Eryn is the first face you will see when you walk through our doors and honestly she sets the tone for the whole experience. Booking, rescheduling, questions, she has you covered. Fun fact: Eryn is a three time world champion Equestrian. 🐴 Her years of administrative experience mean you are always in the best hands from the very first hello. She too is a mother and enjoys hanging with friends and spending time with her family.
