These powerful words from Rev. Grace Pardun of the Seamen’s Church Institute captured the heart of last Friday’s Lumera Collective.
For the first time, our entire Lumera Healthcare team came together in one place. We wanted to give our employees something meaningful: a day to step away from their daily routines, connect with colleagues across teams and locations, celebrate what we’ve accomplished, and help shape where we’re headed next.
It was a celebration of our year of brighter stories and the beginning of a shared conversation about how we’ll show up for one another, our clients, and our communities in 2027 and beyond.
At Lumera, we believe healing begins with compassion, connection, and being present for people when they need us most. And that starts with supporting the people who provide that care.
Thanks to technology from our Platinum Sponsor, Eleos, our clinicians have saved more than 1,100 hours of time which means more time to listen, connect, and build the relationships where healing begins.
Throughout the day, we shared ideas, strengthened relationships, and were reminded that we’re a family helping other families navigate life’s challenges.
