Dr. Bowers is a board certified ophthalmologist who served as Chief Resident and is Assistant Clinical Professor at the University of Louisville Dept.of Ophthalmology and also at University of Kentucky Dept. She is in private practice specializing in cataract and refractive surgery. She performs all of her surgeries at Innovative Eye Surgery Center located in the same building as her practice Innovative Ophthalmology. Dr. Timothy Hobbs and Dr. Ishani Patel are primary eye care providers at Innovative Ophthalmology and perform yearly eye exams and treat ocular medical conditions such as glaucoma, eye infections and injuries.

Wishing a very happy retirement to this phenomenal lady who’s worked by my side since I arrived in Paducah in 1999! We’ve been through some tough times, a lot of changes and experienced a lot of success! I couldn’t have done it without her! Thank you, Debbie Holt, for your years of dedication and commitment to me, my dream, our practice and our patients! You are one in a million and will be greatly missed ! Enjoyed a few days with some of our staff at the American Academy of Ophthalmology meeting in New Orleans. Our techs had two days of classes and I got to reconnect with colleagues from the last 3 decades. We found a little time for evening entertainment and guess who it was? I loved introducing a whole new generation to Rick Springfield!
