High Altitude Chiropractic + Recovery is NOW OPEN at The Health House!

This space was built for this community — for skiers, runners, hikers, parents, hardworking humans, and anyone who refuses to accept “getting older” as the reason they hurt.

We’re now offering:
• Chiropractic care with full spine x-rays and nervous system scans
• Shockwave therapy, red light therapy, compression boots, cupping, kinesiotaping, vibration plate.
• A dedicated Recovery Room designed to help you heal faster and stay strong

Honestly… it feels really good to be back and doing this here with you all!

And while the mission is exactly the same, the practice itself has grown into something new.

I’m excited to officially share that Pagosa Springs Chiropractic is evolving into:

High Altitude Chiropractic + Recovery Room!

Same Dr. Katie. Same hands. Same passion for helping you move and feel better.

But now — a brand-new location and expanded recovery services designed especially for active people, weekend warriors, mountain athletes, and anyone who simply wants their body to last a long time.

This has been years in the making, and I cannot wait to show you what we’ve built.

Pagosa — thank you for trusting me then, and thank you for welcoming me back now.

The Health House is a new wellness space here in Pagosa Springs, bringing multiple services together under one roof to help people heal, recover, and stay active.

Inside you’ll find:
• Chiropractic care
• Our new Recovery Room
• IV therapy and peptides with Annie Sewell (Right Molecule IV+ Longevity)
• Hyperbaric oxygen therapy with Hope Kurz (Live Well with Hope)
• Wellness services and more!

My practice, High Altitude Chiropractic + Recovery, is now located inside The Health House, and I couldn’t be more excited about what this space will offer our community.
