Nearsightedness (myopia) is becoming more common in kids, and it usually starts during the early school years.

Parents: if you notice any of the symptoms of myopia in your kids like squinting, headaches, and trouble seeing the board at school, it's worth getting their eyes checked. If you've got a little one starting school, Illinois actually requires an eye exam for every kid entering kindergarten. 🎒✏️

The good news is there are more ways to manage myopia than ever, and we're happy to discuss those options with you at your next visit.

📣 Calling all young artists! Our Kids Coloring Contest is on!🎨

Swing by the office to grab an entry sheet (make sure to include your autograph on the back!), or visit us at the Palos Heights Car Show next Thursday, July 16th. We'll be set up at our annual glasses cleaning station, so feel free to come by and get 'um cleaned. 👓✨

🏆 Contest runs through September 1st - we'll post all the submissions right here on our page, and the winner will take home a prize. 🏆
All the artwork gets a spot right by the front desk (check out our 3 entries so far), so stop in and see the masterpieces for yourself!
