Breastfeeding definitely doesn’t have to be all or nothing! If you can’t fully breastfeed/give breastmilk you don’t have to go strictly to formula. Combo feeding can be great, any amount of breastmilk you can give will give you both huge benefits!

“ The recall involves Strides Pharma, Inc.’s Children's Ibuprofen Oral Suspension, USP, 100 mg per 5mL, sold in 4 fluid ounces (120 mL) bottles. The product was manufactured for Taro Pharmaceuticals U.S.A., Inc., and distributed across the country.

The lot numbers are 7261973A and 7261974A, while the expiration date is January 31, 2027”

Moringa is commonly used by breastfeeding mothers to help boost milk supply—but a recent FDA recall highlights an important safety concern.

These products were recalled due to Salmonella contamination, which can cause:
Diarrhea
Fever
Abdominal cramps

Symptoms typically begin 12–72 hours after exposure and may last 4–7 days.
