Take a break, you've earned it!

You've worked so hard during these first weeks of school so you deserve to take a moment for yourself.

Try to complete as many of these self-care activities as you can during the half-day or come up with your own!

Remember: self-care isn't selfish, it's essential. Every small act of self-care counts! 🌿

Half day = self-care time ☀️ Take a break, relax, put on a face mask, go for a walk, and enjoy some time for yourself 💚

Today, we recognize World Su***de Prevention Month.

We stand together in raising awareness, breaking stigma, and reminding our community that support is always available.

You are not alone, and your life has value.

A simple conversation can make a difference—listening, checking in, and showing care can save lives.

Let’s continue to build a community rooted in compassion, understanding, and hope. 💛

Grief comes in many forms, including normal (uncomplicated) grief, anticipatory grief, and complicated grief. Each type reflects a different way people process emotional pain and major life changes.
