Apparently, I’ve been doing my under-eye makeup wrong for years!!

After dissolving old filler AND getting a makeup lesson from Julia Simone Beauty, RN, BSN , I learned how much strategic concealer placement can change the appearance of the under eyes. Consider this the makeup tutorial for those of us who are 50+ and tired of TikTok pretending we don’t exist 😂

HRT has been one of the biggest changes I’ve made for myself in this chapter of life.

Better sleep. Less brain fog. More energy. Better workouts. More stable moods. And yes, my libido came back.

Estrogen, progesterone, and testosterone all play different roles, and when they start changing during menopause, we feel it.

HRT isn’t one-size-fits-all, but understanding my hormones and what my body needed made a huge difference in how I feel every day. 🤍

I’m a big believer in consistency over chasing quick fixes. A little maintenance throughout the year goes a long way when the goal is healthy skin and natural results.

And yes, CO2 is officially being added to the rotation!
