Every survivor has a story.

Some stories began with uncertainty. Others with determination. All are marked by extraordinary strength.

This National Cancer Survivors Day, we celebrate the individuals, Hector DeLeon, Joe Gigli, and Surya Khan, who shared their journeys during our cancer survivor's day event and the countless survivors whose courage inspires hope in others every day.

Thank you to the patients, families, physicians, and team members who came together to honor survivorship, support one another, and celebrate how far so many have come.

💜 Happy National Cancer Survivors Day.

Did you know oxygen can help heal wounds?

The Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT) chamber in our Wound Care Center delivers 100% oxygen in a specialized pressurized chamber, helping oxygen reach damaged tissues that may not be getting enough blood flow.

For patients, this can mean faster healing, fewer complications, and even limb preservation.

Today is another hot one across New Jersey. ☀️

High temperatures can increase the risk of heat exhaustion and heat stroke, especially for older adults, young children, people with chronic health conditions, and anyone working or exercising outdoors.

To stay safe:
• Drink plenty of water
• Limit outdoor activity
• Wear lightweight clothing
• Never leave children or pets in a parked car
• Check in on neighbors, family members, and older loved ones

If you experience dizziness, nausea, confusion, or rapid heartbeat, move to a cool place and seek medical attention if symptoms worsen.
