There we met the certified crisis response dogs, trained and deployed to support first responders and communities during all types of emergencies. Whether offering comfort after a tough call or bringing a moment of peace to a stressful day, they are here to help those who help everyone else.

Congratulations to our wonderful MCH Graduate! 🎓✨

Finishing a journey is always a bittersweet moment. Our graduate shared that while she feels sad to see the program come to an end, she is immensely grateful and thankful for all the dedicated support and guidance she received along the way.

It is an absolute honor to walk alongside our members, offering the resources and encouragement they need to thrive. We are incredibly proud of her hard work, growth, and resilience, and we cannot wait to see what amazing things she accomplishes next!

Congratulations to one of our Diabetes Program members on successfully completing the program! As a celebration of this milestone, he received a juicer to support his continued healthy lifestyle.

He shared how grateful he was to connect with the Quest Community Wellness Program, where he learned practical tools to better manage his glucose levels. In just 90 days, his A1C improved from 11.5% to 6.6%, an incredible achievement!

A special shoutout to Lead Community Health Worker Umme Choudhury for her continued dedication, support, and commitment to helping our members achieve healthier outcomes. 💙
