The Patrick Space Force Base Pharmacy had a Defense Health Agency (DHA) network outage yesterday (10/13/2026). Any pharmacy Q-FLOW/Q-Anywhere or “Text In Line” activation tickets after 1000 were subsequently lost. As of this morning, DHA has restored the system, however if you activated your prescription(s) from 1000-1630 yesterday, please resubmit your activation ticket. We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused.

Here at the 45th Medical Group, we want to inform you of the Patrick SFB Pharmacy procedures. The Pharmacy team also wanted to take a moment to thank everyone on the installation for their continued support, flexibility, and professionalism as we adapt together. Your support is truly appreciated.

Pharmacy processes are split into New Prescriptions (Activations) and Refills. Please use the information below for your options to navigate these services.

A. New Prescription (Activation)

Online Activation Request (Q-Anywhere)
Visit https://cxmlink.com/MTF6921 & follow the prompts.

In-Person
Visit the Pharmacy Lobby & use the kiosk to speak with a staff member.

B. Refills

Refill Hotline: Call 321-321-4774 & follow the prompts.

Online Portal: Use the MHS GENESIS Patient Portal

In-Person
Visit the Pharmacy Lobby & use the kiosk to speak with a staff member.

C. Prescription Pick-up

Prescription pick-up is based on turnaround times. Your prescription(s) will be ready by the date provided when you make your request i.e., in-person, online, or through the refill hotline.

D. General Questions
