🌟 41 North BNI Presenter Spotlight: James Jackson | Sentry Point Development Group 🌟

Today, we had the pleasure of hearing from our very own James Jackson, Operations Manager at Sentry Point Development Group and our reigning 41 North Member of the Year! 🏆

James wears a lot of hats at Sentry Point, helping keep things running behind the scenes while handling operations, marketing, HR, community engagement, and more. He's passionate about building relationships, supporting local businesses, and helping bring people together to create opportunities for everyone to succeed.

He's also the founder and coordinator of our Home Improvement Sphere, bringing together local trades and home improvement professionals to share leads, collaborate, solve problems, and grow their businesses together. If there's an opportunity to build connections or get people involved, James is usually somewhere in the middle of it!

But beyond the business side of things, James is a loving husband and proud father of two daughters. The three women in his life definitely keep him on his toes, and he wouldn't have it any other way! ❤️

🌟 41 North BNI Presenter Spotlight: Michael Depot | Solstice Financial Services 🌟

Yesterday, we had the pleasure of hearing from Michael Depot, Owner of Solstice Financial Services!

Michael helps individuals, families, and businesses navigate important insurance and healthcare coverage decisions. From life and disability insurance to Medicare and Medicaid, he helps people understand their options, find coverage that fits their needs, and make sense of what can sometimes feel like an overwhelming process.

Because let's face it, insurance paperwork and healthcare coverage can get confusing in a hurry! Having someone knowledgeable in your corner to help you navigate the options can make all the difference. 💪

But Michael's greatest role isn't just running a business. He's also a proud husband and dad to four wonderful children. Family is a big part of who he is, and that personal perspective carries into the work he does helping others find the coverage and support that's right for them.

Michael has been a valued member of 41 North BNI for 5½ years, building relationships, supporting fellow members, and showing up as part of a community that believes in helping one another succeed.

🚐 You know you're in the right place when Mike Urgo shows up! 😂

Yesterday marked our first meeting at our new home at the La Grua Center, and our very own local celebrity, Mike Urgo, made sure nobody had to guess where to go!

Mike rolled in with his awesome hippie VW bus, got there early, and took it upon himself to create this masterpiece to welcome our members and guests and help everyone figure out where to park (and, just as importantly, where NOT to park so we stay on the good side of the friendly La Grua Center staff! 😆).

This is what makes 41 North BNI such a great group. It's not just about business and referrals. It's about people who take the initiative, look out for one another, and go the extra mile to make everyone feel welcome.

Mike, we're not sure if this officially makes you our parking coordinator, welcome committee, or chapter transportation department… but we're glad you're on the team! 🤣

New location, same great people, and apparently a much cooler parking attendant. Welcome to our new home, 41 North! 👏

🌟 41 North BNI Spotlight: Janvi Patel | ADP 🌟

Today, we had the pleasure of hearing from Janvi Patel, District Manager at ADP and our newly appointed Vice President here at 41 North BNI!

Janvi has been with ADP for 2½ years, and she continues to impress with her drive, professionalism, and the way she carries herself in business. She’s an incredible young woman who leads with confidence, sets the bar high, and represents what BNI is all about. We’re lucky to have her as a member, and we’re excited to see her step into this new leadership role!

Her presentation was so good that we were completely caught up in what she was sharing… and somehow forgot to take a single picture of her presenting. 😂 So, yes, we're borrowing this one from LinkedIn. Janvi, we promise we're better at networking than photography!

Between Janvi’s presentation and getting to enjoy our new meeting space at the La Grua Center, it was another great morning for 41 North. We're growing, building stronger connections, and continuing to raise the bar for what our chapter can be.

🚨 BIG NEWS FOR BNI 41 NORTH! 🚨

We’re excited to announce that BNI 41 North is moving to the La Grua Center in Stonington!

As our group continues to grow, we wanted a space that could grow with us — and La Grua Center gives us just that. Bigger, better, and a great place to continue building strong business relationships.

But this move is about more than just a new room.

We’re committed to making BNI 41 North one of the best networking groups around and doing everything we can to help our members grow their businesses, make meaningful connections, and succeed together.

And the best part? Tomorrow’s meeting will be our very first meeting at our new location! 🎉

This is just the first of many exciting changes coming to 41 North. We’re growing, we’re improving, and we’re just getting started.
