✨ Please help us give a warm welcome to the newest member of the All Things Maternal Physical Therapy family... Dr. Tatyana Joseph, PT, DPT! ✨

We are so excited to announce that Dr. Tatyana Joseph will be joining our team this August, and we truly can't wait for you to meet her.

Dr. Joseph earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Marist College after completing her Bachelor of Science in Sport and Exercise Science at the University of Central Florida. Her clinical background includes outpatient orthopedics, pediatrics, and pelvic health, giving her a well-rounded perspective on movement, function, and healing.

She has a special passion for supporting individuals during pregnancy and postpartum, as well as those navigating chronic pelvic pain. Her approach is thoughtful, evidence-based, and individualized—always looking beyond symptoms to understand and address the root cause.

One of the things that drew us to Tatyana is her heart for serving those experiencing what she calls "invisible pain." These are symptoms that may be dismissed or misunderstood but have a profound impact on everyday life. She believes every patient deserves to be heard, believed, and empowered with the knowledge that just because something is common doesn't mean it's normal.

Beyond the clinic, Dr. Joseph enjoys listening to audiobooks and music, spending time with family and friends, and convincing her husband to try "just one more" restaurant—because food absolutely can be a love language. ā¤ļø

We are incredibly grateful to have her joining our mission of providing compassionate, evidence-based pelvic health care for women in every season of life.

šŸ’™ Dr. Joseph will begin seeing patients this August, and we can't wait for you to meet her!

Please join us in giving Dr. Tatyana Joseph a warm All Things Maternal welcome! šŸŽ‰

What Does the Pelvic Floor Actually Do??

Your pelvic floor is a group of muscles at the base of your pelvis that works behind the scenes everyday to:

āœ”ļøSupport your bladder, bowel, and pelvic organs
āœ”ļøHelp control bladder and bowel function
āœ”ļøContribute to intimate health and sensation
āœ”ļøSupport your core and posture
āœ”ļøHelp manage pressure when you cough, sneeze, laugh, or lift

Like any other muscle group, your pelvic floor can become weak, tight, or uncoordinated, which may contribute to symptoms such as leaking, urgency, pelvic pain, or a feeling of heaviness.

Looking after your pelvic floor is an important part of your overall health and well-being.

Please welcome ✨Morgan✨ to All Things Maternal PT

Morgan joins our team as our Patient Care Coordinator & PT Aide, where she’ll be helping support your experience from start to finish — assisting with scheduling, patient communication, clinic flow, and supporting our therapists during care sessions.

With a background in public health, maternal health advocacy, and birth work as a certified doula, Morgan is deeply passionate about helping women feel seen, supported, and confident throughout every season of life. Her growing interest in pelvic floor rehabilitation and women’s health makes her such a beautiful addition to our team.

When she’s not in the clinic, you can find her reading, traveling, spending time with her husband Chancelor and their cockapoo Lenox, or getting in a workout alongside her husband, who is a personal trainer šŸ¤

Welcome, Morgan, to the All Things Maternal Team! šŸ’œ

We are growing ✨

At All Things Maternal PT, we’ve built something different — a pelvic health practice where women feel seen, cared for, and genuinely supported.

We are now hiring a full-time physical therapist who believes patient care should never feel rushed and who values connection just as much as clinical excellence.

Think:
– 1-on-1 treatments
– Intentional scheduling (hour long evaluations & treatment sessions)
– A calm, beautiful environment
– A collaborative and supportive culture & mentorship

If this is sounds right for you or someone you know, we’d love to connect! ✨

Today’s prescription: flowers, naps, iced lattes, spa appointments, brunch reservations, and absolutely no one asking mom what’s for dinner šŸ’āœØ

We’re celebrating all mothers and every path to motherhood — those who are pregnant, postpartum, trying to conceive, grieving a loss, longing to be a mom, raising babies, grown children, or loving others with a mother’s heart. šŸ¤

Don’t forget to spoil the moms in your life a little extra today — they deserve the luxury treatment every day, but especially on Mother’s Day. šŸ¤

Hi, I’m Dr. Marissa. I’d love to re-introduce myself.

I’m a Doctor of Physical Therapy, pelvic health specialist, mom—and owner of All Things Maternal Physical Therapy.

To me, All Things Maternal isn’t just a business. It’s a standard.

A standard for how women should be cared for in pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond—because too many are told their symptoms are ā€œnormalā€ and left without real answers.

My approach is intentional.
Rooted in education, precision, and whole-body healing—not quick fixes.

Movement is a cornerstone of that work. Physical therapy has shaped how I guide patients back to strength—not just physically, but in how they trust their bodies again.

At All Things Maternal, we are not here for ā€œbounce back.ā€
We are here for rebuild, restore, and redefine what strong actually looks like.

If you’ve been told to just live with it—this is your reminder that you don’t have to.

Please follow us in our content series — more education to come! šŸ“š
