I’ve sat in so many rooms over the years, at conferences, in mentorships, orbiting other thought leaders. And there’s one thread I hear again and again. 🔥
The leaders who go the distance are devoted. Obsessed, even. They’re fueled by what turns them on about their calling, and that’s what carries their discipline through. And it takes a dash of delusion. Maybe a heavy dash.
Why? Because you’ve got nothing to compare the evidence of your outcome to yet. You get to build the proof, and the only way it becomes real is the actions you pour into it.
An ordinary life is safe, predictable decisions. An extraordinary life is illogical ones. It doesn’t need to make sense. What matters is what you care about. And you know you’re on the money when people say you’re crazy. 😉
Here’s what I know for sure: people can only carry you as far as they’re willing to carry themselves. So be discerning about who you walk with. Find leaders doing the damn thing, rooted in a similar soil of values, so when you hit a season of doubt, you can see tangible proof of what’s possible.
And you don’t need to know how. Take the step that’s right here. Every choice compounds.
Let yourself be seen. Take up space. That’s your lighthouse. ✨
This is the heart behind Fiercely Fulfilled: a mastermind for leaders who are done building alone, where strategy meets embodiment. If it’s calling you, application link is in my bio. 💛
