Collins Allen Patrick, Jr., age 77, of Pennsville, NJ, passed away peacefully at his home on August 27, 2026, surrounded by loved ones. While he considered himself a lucky man on this side of eternity, he was genuinely eager to meet his Creator on the other side. A cornerstone of his family, Collins was deeply loved and respected, leaving behind a lasting legacy of hard work, humor, and faith.

A resident of Pennsville since 1976, Collins was born on December 4, 1948, to Collins Allen Patrick, Sr. and Marion Haskett Patrick of Quinton, NJ. He spent his early life on his family farm, learning practical skills and getting into plenty of trouble. After graduating from Salem High School in 1967, Collins honorably served his country in the United States Air Force from 1968 to 1971, reaching the rank of Sergeant while stationed in Thailand.

Collins worked for Campbell’s Plumbing in Salem for many years before stepping out on his own in September of 1994 to establish Collins Patrick Mechanical Contractor, which he and his wife, Bonnie, successfully operated for 25 years. Known throughout the community for his honesty and reliability, Collins was a respected local tradesman who formed deep, lifelong relationships with fellow contractors, business owners, and members of the community.

Barbara Ellen Chomo, age 83, of Dover, Delaware, passed away peacefully in the early morning hours of August 27, 2026. She was born on December 19, 1942, in Worton, Maryland, to Charles Irvin Blizzard and Mary Ellen Blizzard.

Barbara met the love of her life, Steve, while getting her hair done in a beauty shop above Green’s Auto, and they were married on April 24, 1970. They raised their family in Carneys Point, NJ, until moving to Dover, Delaware, in 2000.

Barbara was recently preceded in death by her beloved husband, Steve, on June 15, 2026. The close timing of their deaths is a testament to their love and devotion to one another. They took care of each other until the very end. She was also preceded in death by her parents and three siblings.

Barbara is survived by her children: Delbert Holmes (Stefanie), Ronald Holmes, Steve Chomo III (Denee), and Cynthia Martin (Nelson). She is also survived by her beloved grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Barbara dedicated her life to her children and family. Being a wonderful mother and grandmother was her greatest joy and accomplishment in life. She loved children and even spent several years working at the Clement School for Exceptional Children after her own children were grown. She loved to cook, bake, and crochet. She passed her love and skill for those hobbies to her children and nieces. Her chocolate chip cookie recipe was especially “famous.”

Hannah Mae Lloyd (Nazar), age 79, passed away peacefully, surrounded by her husband, Howard Lloyd Jr.; her two daughters, Connie Green and Bonnie Fox; her sons-in-law, Tom Green and Phillip Fox; and her two granddaughters, Becky Grablow and Autumn Todd.

Mae finished high school and couldn’t wait to start a family. She married Howard Lloyd Jr. on November 2, 1963. Not long after, they welcomed their first child, Howard Vincent Lloyd, on April 19, 1964 (wife Kathy Lloyd). Mae loved being a mom. She welcomed twin girls on April 14, 1966, Bonnie (husband Phillip) and Connie (husband Tom).

When Mae wasn’t busy being a wife and a mother, she loved to dance with her family. She was very talented at crocheting for family and friends. Anything from blankets, hand towels, hats, dresses, and even potholders—the sky was the limit.

She was also very active fishing with her husband or crabbing with her mom. Mae was very involved in her church, Pennsville Assembly of God, for 20+ years. She enjoyed traveling and going on cruises with her husband.

One of her favorite things to do, in honor of her predeceased sister, Thelma Norton, was making chocolate Easter eggs with her daughters and grandchildren.

Mae, also known as Nanny to her several grandchildren and great-grandchildren, was the ultimate gamer, as they would call her. She would stay up all hours with them, playing on any and all game systems and making so many memories. Mae will be so very missed.

Salvatore Anthony Arcidiacono, 95, passed away at the NJ Veterans Memorial Home, Vineland, on Monday, August 24, 2026. He honorably served in the US Army, then went on to work for Chrysler Corporation, Newark, Delaware, for 30 years.

He was predeceased by his wife of 60 years, Louise Silvestri Arcidiacono, and his son-in-law, William Philip. He was also predeceased by his parents, Leonard and Sarah Arcidiacono; his sister, Alfia Arcidiacono Testa; and his brothers, Anthony, Lennie, and Joseph.He is survived by his daughter, Sandra Arcidiacono Philip, and his granddaughter, Chelsea Kershaw, and her husband, Zach. He is also survived by his granddog, Archie, whom he adored.

Friends and relatives are welcome to a memorial mass on Friday, September 4, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at St. Gabriel the Archangel Church, 369 Georgetown Rd., Carneys Point, NJ. He will be laid to rest at Salem County Veterans Cemetery; burial will be private.

William J. St. Cyr, born September 20, 1944, in Worcester, Massachusetts, passed away on August 21, 2026, surrounded by the love of a family who will miss him deeply.
William shared 59 years of marriage with his beloved wife, Mary F. St. Cyr (née Maguire). Together, they built a life and family that remained at the center of William’s world throughout his life.
William was a creative and remarkably handy man—a natural craftsman who seemed able to build, repair, or improve just about anything. His family could always count on him when something needed to be done. As they fondly remember, “Dad could fix absolutely anything.”
He put those talents to work professionally when he founded Customcraft by Saint, Inc., a general contracting company in Southboro, Massachusetts. His creativity, resourcefulness, and skill with his hands were not simply part of his profession; they were part of who he was.
William was a devoted husband, father, and grandfather. In addition to his wife, Mary, he is survived by his daughter, Michele S. Ingersoll (née St. Cyr) and her husband, Joseph P. Ingersoll, and his son, Robert W. St. Cyr and his wife, Amy St. Cyr (née Dybas).
He was also the proud grandfather of Maddie and Joey Ingersoll and Jon St. Cyr, who were an important part of the family he and Mary created together.

Richard Marshall, also known as Dick, passed away peacefully at his home with his wife and family by his side. Born in Tylersburg, PA, Richard was a proud veteran who enlisted in the United States Navy. Richard truly loved the outdoors. He was an avid golfer and a devoted, long-time member of the Sakima Country Club. When he wasn't on the golf course, he could often be found hunting, fishing, or boating. He also cherished traveling to Lancaster, PA, always making sure to visit his favorite spots, Shady Maple and Willow Valley.For many years, Richard served his local community as a meat cutter, owning and operating Penns Grove Beef in Penns Grove, New Jersey. He later went on to retire from the Delaware River Port Authority.
Richard is survived by his wife, Marie; his children, Dean Marshall (Diane), Melanie Ayers (Clyde), and Daniel Snyder (Dawn and Renee). He is survived by one brother, Dan Irwin, fourteen grandchildren, ten great grandchildren, and five great-great grandchildren. Richard was predeceased by his mother, Harriet Marshall Irwin, his first wife, Priscilla, and their daughter, Laurie.

Longtime Carneys Point resident Allan Wormeck passed away on May 7, 2026, at the age of 76.

Allan was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, on January 14, 1950, to the late Norman and Dorothy Wormeck. He was preceded in death by his beloved parents and his cherished sister, Carol McDaniels (James). Allan is survived by his extended family, including his first cousin, Bonnie (Wormeck) Wenner; Bonnie's children (and grandchildren), Meredith (Jason) Deschambeau and David (Amy) Michener; as well as many dear friends and former colleagues.

Allan will be remembered as a hardworking, dependable man whose outgoing personality and wonderful sense of humor brought joy to everyone fortunate enough to know him. A 1968 graduate of Penns Grove High School, he continued his education at Rider University before beginning a successful career in sales with several companies.

More than anything, Allan treasured the time he spent with family and friends. He will be remembered for his warm smile, generous heart, and the friendly wave he offered from his lawn chair outside his home to neighbors and friends as they passed by. His kindness and easygoing nature left a lasting impression on everyone whose lives he touched.

Charles Randolph Weigle, Sr., 83, of Carneys Point, NJ passed away peacefully on July 21, 2026. He was born on April 16, 1943, in Martinsburg, West Virginia, son of the late Viola and Lyle Gibbs Weigle. Lyle was killed in action in World War 2 when Charles was just 13 months old. Viola later married Jennings T. Weigle and together they raised Charles.

Chuck, as he was known by most outside of WV, is survived by his loving wife of 62 years, Paige Weigle; two children Charles R. Weigle, Jr. and Jeffrey S. Weigle (MaryAnn), of Carneys Point; two grandchildren, Morgan B. Weigle of Pennsville, NJ and Charles R. Weigle, III of Carneys Point and a daughter in law, Dawn Norton Weigle. Also survived by his sisters, Scarlet Ward (Wayne) and Dreama Shanholtz (Darwin) and a brother Randy Weigle, all of Hedgesville, WV; a stepsister Brenda White of Kearnysville, WV, as well as numerous nieces and nephews. His special Uncle Jearld Spade, who was more like a brother because of their close age also survives Chuck.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his stepsister Joan Johnson. One of the most devastating losses was the death of his beloved grandson Quintin B. Weigle. His sidekick Cocker Spaniel, Scroogie also preceded him.
