It’s Occupational Therapy Month, so naturally we’re celebrating the real heroes of daily living… the ones helping people regain independence and figure out today’s Wordle before it ruins their mood. 😅🟩⬜

Fine motor skills? Cognitive strategies? Problem-solving? Emotional support after guessing three vowels and getting nowhere? That’s OT magic.

Shoutout to our amazing occupational therapist LIZ for helping people tackle life’s challenges—big and small, five letters at a time. 💙

During this session, our patient worked alongside our fantastic OT Liz to prepare coleslaw, focusing on:

☑️standing tolerance
☑️independence in daily tasks
