Take a "Walk Down Memory Lane" with us as we celebrate Alzheimer’s Day through familiar sights, sounds, games, stories, and memories from years gone by!

Our residents will enjoy four nostalgic stops throughout the day:

Stop 1:** Vintage Kitchen Utensils & Gadgets (Front Activity Room)
Stop 2:** History & News from the past (Four Seasons Lounge)
Stop 3:** Classic Games (Back Activity Room)
Stop 4:** Reggie’s Diner for a fun 1950s-inspired dinner!

We invite our residents’ families and loved ones to join in the fun, reminisce together, share stories, and create new memories along the way.

Our residents enjoyed a classic favorite — root b**r floats — while reminiscing about the good old days and enjoying some fabulous 1950s entertainment from one of our all-time favorites, Rich Gilmore!

“Where were you when the world stopped turning that September day?” 🇺🇸

Twenty-five years ago, Pam was a teacher. She remembers standing in front of her classroom, knowing she had to tell her students what had happened.

She tried to explain the unimaginable to a room full of children while doing everything she could to hold back her own tears. There were no easy words for something so frightening and heartbreaking.

Today, Pam shared that memory with us — a reminder that September 11, 2001, is more than a date in history. It is a moment each of us remembers differently, but one that changed our country forever.

There’s nothing better than spending an afternoon together—and today, our staff and residents joined forces for some fall-themed fun!

Everyone grabbed a paintbrush and put their own creative touch on some adorable wooden fall cutouts. From pumpkins and leaves to festive autumn designs, each piece became a little reflection of the personality and creativity behind it.

WOW… what a turnout we had for Kona Ice this afternoon! Our residents loved their colorful, icy, delicious treats—and we think it’s safe to say everyone had a SWEET time!

🩺 Flu Clinic – Tuesday, September 29, 2026 🩺

We are preparing for our upcoming Flu Clinic here at our community! Our Wellness Team is currently working on obtaining consent forms from our residents and employees.

📅 All consent forms are due by Friday, September 18, 2026. This allows us time to provide our pharmacy with an accurate number of vaccines needed.

Assisted Living:📍 4 Seasons🕐 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM

Memory Care:📍 Memory Care🕙 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM

Memory Care Families/POA Healthcare Representatives: Memory Care residents will need a consent form signed by their POA Healthcare Representative before receiving the flu vaccine. Our nurses will be reaching out to families/POAs to obtain consent. If you would like your loved one to receive the flu vaccine, you may come into the community to sign the consent form, or contact Saedi, Wellness Director, to have the form emailed to you for completion.

If you have any questions about the Flu Clinic or the consent process, please reach out to Saedi, Wellness Director, or any member of our Wellness Team.

Demetria and Pam spent some special one-on-one time playing Connect 4. It was a great opportunity to slow down, enjoy some friendly competition, sure a few laughs, and simply enjoy each other’s company.

Games like Connect 4 can be especially beneficial for memory care residence because they can help encourage cognitive stimulation, support, visual attention, promote fine motor skills, and build confidence and enjoyment!

At the end of the day, it isn’t always about who wins-it’s about the time spent together, the smiles we’ve shared, and the memories we create along the way!
