Today we’re shining a light on Usher syndrome…. a genetic condition that affects both hearing and vision.

For those living with Usher syndrome, hearing loss may be only part of the story. Progressive vision loss caused by retinitis pigmentosa can create challenges that many people around them may never see.

At Happy Ears, we believe awareness matters. Understanding hearing loss means understanding the whole person and making sure every person has the opportunity to stay connected to the people and moments they love.
