His next chapter begins and we’re all experiencing so many mixed emotions as his final day is here.

I just want to say thank you, Dave, for everything you’ve taught me over the years. From frame repairs to working with frame representatives, and even how to handle a not-so-happy patient with professionalism and grace, you’ve shared so much knowledge that will stay with me throughout my career.

You’ve always been patient when explaining things—not just to me, but to every member of our team. Your willingness to teach, encourage, and support others has made a lasting impact on all of us.

Your dedication to your profession and to the people you worked alongside has been an inspiration. While we’ll miss seeing you every day, we’re grateful for the years we’ve had the privilege of learning from you.
