Our goal is to graduate medical professionals who are prepared for employment and career advancement in today’s job market. For over 24 years South Texas Training Centers have successfully educated hundreds of South Texas residents to fill those needs. South Texas Training Center serves the Hidalgo, Willacy, Starr, Cameron and Webb counties. 💜🩵 A little awareness, support, and kindness can make a difference.

Our students wore purple and teal in recognition of Su***de Prevention Month and had the opportunity to learn more about the importance of mental health, awareness, and supporting those around us.

A special thank you to Mrs. Vanessa Ortegon from Border Region for joining us and giving our students an important presentation on su***de prevention, and of course, to Mia the therapy dog for making the visit even more special! 🐾💜

We’re grateful for opportunities like these to educate our students beyond the classroom and remind our STTC family that no one has to struggle alone.
