At Uno Mas Home Care, maintaining high standards is how we deliver the best care to our community. This is a quick reminder regarding Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) compliance for all our caregivers:
📌 The Requirement: Caregivers are required by law to maintain a minimum monthly 85% EVV clock-in/clock-out rate.
📌 The Policy: Falling below 85% for two consecutive months will require a mandatory meeting with our Patient Care Coordinators for retraining and support.
We are here to help you succeed and stay compliant every step of the way! If you have any questions or need assistance with your EVV tracking, reach out to our team or stop by the office.
