Recently, I graduated from the Coaching for Impact Program through JP Morgan Chase, and I can truly say it has been a tremendous blessing to my entrepreneurial journey. As a business owner, I’ve learned that coaching is not only valuable, it’s necessary! ✨

This program challenged my thought process, stretched my perspective, and pushed me to think beyond the present and focus on the future of RBH. One question my coach consistently asked during our sessions was, “What’s the word on the street about RBH?” In other words, how are people learning about your services, and what sets you apart from others in the market?

Those conversations encouraged me to think more intentionally about branding, visibility, service excellence, and the overall experience we provide to families.

Receiving messages such as this is not only heartwarming, but also a moment for me to pause and reflect.

Many of the families I’ve been blessed to serve have come through personal relationships, recommendations, or simply finding RBH while searching for a funeral home that felt right for their needs.

Then there are families like this one, who took the time to truly get to know me over the course of several months. Through many conversations, we discussed services, options, and what mattered most to them. Ultimately, they were deciding between choosing me or remaining with their longtime family funeral director.

Moments like this remind me that trust is earned. And whenever I am entrusted to serve as a family’s Funeral Service Provider, I give my all from beginning to end, even beyond the services themselves. The phone may not ring every day or even month(s), but when it does, I serve with excellence, compassion, and purpose.
