Receiving messages such as this is not only heartwarming, but also a moment for me to pause and reflect.
Many of the families Iโve been blessed to serve have come through personal relationships, recommendations, or simply finding RBH while searching for a funeral home that felt right for their needs.
Then there are families like this one, who took the time to truly get to know me over the course of several months. Through many conversations, we discussed services, options, and what mattered most to them. Ultimately, they were deciding between choosing me or remaining with their longtime family funeral director.
Moments like this remind me that trust is earned.
