LED, or light-emitting diode therapy, uses specific wavelengths of light to interact with the skin and support its natural processes. It’s non-invasive, gentle, and requires no downtime.

Want to get the most out of your LED mask? Here are a few simple tips:

1. Start with clean, dry skin - remove makeup, SPF, and skincare.

2. Stay consistent - follow your mask’s recommended schedule. A facial once a month with led is a great place to start.

3. Switch between red and blue light - depending on what your skin needs and what your device recommends. Red light is commonly used to support skin rejuvenation, while blue light is commonly used for blemish-prone skin.

4. Keep your mask positioned correctly so the light reaches your skin as intended.

5. Apply your skincare after your session - Hydrating and soothing products are a great way to finish.

6. Be mindful of photosensitizing products and medications, and follow your device’s safety instructions.

7. Give it time - LED is about consistency, not overnight results.

Interested in incorporating LED into your skincare routine? We recommend booking our Tech-Advanced Facial for a personalized treatment that combines advanced technology with targeted skincare.

The center of the chest is home to a powerful acupuncture point.

This point, located at the center of the chest, is traditionally used to support calm, ease, and a more open, grounded feeling in the body.

It’s a beautiful reminder that wellness doesn’t always have to be complicated. Sometimes, a single point of connection can create space for the body to slow down, reset, and find its natural flow.

One needle, thoughtfully placed, can support the body in many ways. ✨

Dry brushing is a technique that uses a dry-bristled brush with specific, intentional strokes across the skin. It provides physical exfoliation, stimulates the skin, and supports circulation and lymphatic flow.

The lymphatic system helps move excess fluid and cellular waste through the body. Unlike the circulatory system, it doesn’t have a heart to pump lymph, so movement, muscle contractions, breathing, and gentle external stimulation all help support lymphatic flow.

Dry brushing uses light, rhythmic strokes that can encourage lymphatic movement and support the body’s natural drainage processes. It may temporarily help reduce the appearance of puffiness and leave the body feeling lighter and more refreshed.

We use Cecily Braden dry brushes in our treatment room for both the body and face, and they’re also available to take home.

✨ Body dry brushing: exfoliates, stimulates circulation, and supports lymphatic flow
✨ Facial dry brushing: gently exfoliates and can help support circulation and reduce the appearance of puffiness
✨ Both: provide a stimulating, hands-on skin care ritual

Ask us about experiencing Cecily Braden dry brushing during your next treatment or taking a brush home to continue the ritual. 🤍

Facial massage isn’t only about feeling good, it can be a powerful way to support healthy skin and a well functioning nervous system. Gentle, intentional movements help stimulate circulation, encourage lymphatic drainage, release built-up tension in the facial muscles, and temporarily reduce the appearance of puffiness. It can also help you become more aware of where you hold stress, especially around the jaw, brows, and temples. A moment to honor exactly where you are in this life. 🤍

Wellness should feel like something you genuinely want to make room for. Not another thing on the list, not something you get to when everything else is taken care of. It should be something you look forward to. That’s what we wanted NoteToSelf to feel like. A place to step away from the pace of everyday life, reconnect with yourself, and make wellness a part of your life. ✨

A space designed to make you exhale.

At NoteToSelf, we believe your environment matters. The lighting, the music, the details, the feeling when you walk through the door… it all sets the tone for how you experience your time here.

This isn’t just a place to book an appointment. It’s a place to step out of your usual pace and give yourself a moment that doesn’t require you to be productive, available, or “on.”

Just here.
Just for you.

As the seasons begin to shift, late summer invites us to slow down, take stock of what we’ve cultivated, and nourish ourselves. At NoteToSelf Wellness, we love honoring these seasonal transitions by creating space to pause, restore, and reconnect.

Late summer is a reminder that wellness isn’t always about doing more. Sometimes, it’s about grounding and enjoying what we’ve already cultivated. ✨
