Dedicated in 1999, The Estates offers 212 one bedroom and two bedroom apartments for active residents 55 and older. All units offer fully equipped kitchens with all utilities included except telephone. Residents enjoy an active life at The Estates with organized events and many activities while enjoying an outdoor patio, gazebo and fountain along with a resident’s vegetable garden in season.

The Estates enjoyed a wonderful annual Seafood Fest hosted by Miranda and Carlton, our Night Managers and Special Event Committee!

More than 50 residents and family members came together to enjoy crabs, fish, chicken, delicious sides, and a great afternoon of music played by Carlton. It was a fun-filled day of good food, great company, and community spirit.

A special thank-you to Miranda and Carlton for helping make this event such a memorable tradition at The Estates!
