Some of you may remember Stephanie from our Flow Into Lymph panel last month! 🦋

We didn’t get nearly enough time to dive into all the work she does with Pranic Healing, and I’m genuinely curious to learn more!

Each month the team offer free Pranic Healing sessions to the community. This October, they’re doing something extra special! 🤍

Donations are welcome and will benefit Lymph Rehab and the women we support through our THRIVER Program.

I’m actually thinking about attending myself!
I love exploring different approaches to wellness, and I’m excited to learn more about this practice and the work Stephanie is doing.

This was the moment that I got to be fully present and taken what has happened

Being in the back is this room and looking around at all the familiar faces and all the new ones that came

Looking and seeing those that when I asked them to be apart of this they didn’t ask details they just said yes When and what do you need

Hearing from those afterwards oh how inspired they were and how much they needed to be in that room

I was just looking to share my passion and my mission and now I see that this isn’t just what I needed but also what others needed too

I’m still sitting in the aftermath of it all. 🦋

The months of planning and intention that went into this day, and then finally getting to stand there and watch the room and community come together.

Watching new connections being made. Hearing the conversations. Hearing from people who walked away having learned something new about their bodies and the lymphatic system.

This year felt different in so many ways. The intention behind this day changed the whole feeling in the room, and I could feel it.

I’m so grateful to everyone who came, showed up, supported and believed in what Lymph Rehab is and what it is becoming.

Sunday was one of those moments where I got to look around and see something I’ve carried in my heart actually coming to life.

Thank you for being part of it. 🦋

9 years ago, I had no idea what my life would look like when I woke up from that surgery table.

A double mastectomy.
4 lymph nodes removed.
Reconstruction.

All while in the middle of chemo, with no hair and radiation still waiting for me.

There was so much unknown.

I didn’t know what my body would look like.
I didn’t know what life after cancer would feel like.
I didn’t know who I would become on the other side of it all.

But here I am.

Nine years cancer-free. 🤍

And today, I get to celebrate that in such a beautiful way
surrounded by people I love, bubbles, laughter, and so much joy.

Because today isn’t about what cancer took.

It’s about everything these 9 years have given me.

More life. More love. More purpose. More memories. More reasons to celebrate.

Here’s to 9. 🥂
And to the next year and many, many more to come.

I promise I’m not staring into space. There’s a whole consultation happening in my head right now. 😂

Lymphatic mapping, scar work, hydration math and mom logistics… all happening at the same time.

Because apparently some people people-watch.
I scar-and-lymphatic-map. 😂

And somewhere in between I’m wondering if I drank enough water, got enough protein, what my kid needs, and what I forgot to do today.

Then right back to that scar I saw for 2.5 seconds. 😂

Thank you to every single person and business who has stepped in to support me, Lymph Rehab, and this mission.

Every single one of these supporters said yes
They offered what they could.
They showed up.
They asked how they could help.

And that means more to me than I can put into words.

Lymph Rehab may have started with my story, but it has grown because of community. Because of people who believe that breast cancer survivors deserve continued care, education, support, and a place to feel seen long after treatment ends.

This Sunday is about so much more than a brunch or a fundraiser. It is about bringing people together around a system we don’t talk about nearly enough and helping make sure more women have access to the care they need.

To every sponsor, donor, business, friend, volunteer, and person who has shared a post, bought a ticket, donated an item, made an introduction, or simply said, “How can I help?”

Thank you for believing in this with me.

This community is what makes Lymph Rehab possible.
