Life gets busy… and most of the time fitness, health, and even self care get pushed far to the side.

I’ve been on this fitness journey since my divorce in 2017, and honestly… it’s been a roller coaster. I’ve fallen off more times than I can count, but one thing I’ve never done is stop restarting.

While trying to rebuild myself, I was also building a business solo, juggling motherhood to a pr***en (ykyk… that alone is a full time job 😅), and for years I balanced multiple jobs at once just trying to keep life moving forward.

One of my biggest goals was to complete my Personal Training course by 2023… and even though life delayed it, I finally finished it. Proof that sometimes progress takes longer than expected, but that doesn’t mean you failed.

Now that life feels a little more stable (well… as stable as life ever gets 😂), I’m finally making space to put my fitness back into my routine again.

So here’s your reminder:
You do not have to be perfect.
You just have to keep restarting.

Over the next few weeks I’ll be documenting my journey, rebuilding my routines, and transforming my body again through consistency, movement, recovery, and discipline.

A really big milestone for Pure Soothing™ today 🤍

What started as a vision has grown into something bigger than I ever imagined. From opening my suite in 2023 to now helping over 900 clients and earning 223+ 5-star reviews… every session, every referral, every person who trusted me with their wellness journey helped build this brand.

Today I officially filed for federal trademark protection for Pure Soothing™ and it honestly feels surreal.

Thank you for supporting this small business, believing in my work, and allowing me to create a space centered around healing, care, and uninterrupted recharge.

This is still only the beginning ✨️
