🎃 Our Halloween Pop-Up and Trick-or-Treating is Saturday, October 17, from 2 to 5 PM at Moon Valley Park!

Sciatica making it hard to sit, work, or sleep? Pain that starts in your lower back and travels into your buttock or leg can make everyday life exhausting.

Lumbar spinal decompression is a great treatment option for Sciatica caused by a disc herniation. During a session, the table gently stretches and releases the lower back in a controlled pattern. This reduces the load on the spinal discs and joints and may help ease pressure on an irritated nerve. It’s a gentle, non surgical option that we consider based on each person’s exam and symptoms.
