It’s that time again.. Autumn Equinox Yin Yoga 🍂

Join us on Sunday, 9/20, for a two hour all-levels Yin Yoga practice led by Heather. We’ll be spending two nourishing hours focusing on seasonal teachings inspired by the Autumn Equinox in a curated and immersive atmosphere. A seasonal ritual designed to help you reconnect with yourself and the wisdom of the season.

As a thank you for all that you do for our community, we’re hosting a FREE hot Pilates wellness event just for you!

Join us on Sunday, September 20th, from 12:30-2:30pm for a hot Pilates class with jessmpate

AND

Wellness by Reset Mind & Body including cold plunge and nomadic boots + chairs.
We’ll also be providing our red light therapy room.
