Last week, we celebrated an exciting milestone — one year of Saguaro as part of Advanced Women’s Care!

Leaking after having a baby is common.

Somewhere along the way that turned into “this is just what happens now,” and that isn’t true.

It’s mostly a muscle problem, which means it responds to treatment. But Kegels aren’t the whole answer, and for some people they make it worse. A pelvic floor assessment tells you which problem you actually have.

And it doesn’t have to be recent. Treatment isn’t a window that closes.

The honest answer is that a due date is an estimate rather than an appointment. It’s a midpoint, babies arrive across a window around it, and few arrive on the day itself.
