What do they enjoy?
What are their goals?
How do they prefer to communicate?
What choices are important to them?
What can they do independently?
What kind of support helps them feel comfortable and confident?

Good support isn't about making every decision for someone. It's about creating opportunities for the person to participate, choose, communicate, and be heard.
