Tomorrow kicks off **National CNA Week**, and if you've ever worked in long-term care, you know one thing is true: **CNAs are the backbone of our facility.**
CNAs can make or break a resident's experience. They are the first to answer call lights, the first to notice changes in condition, the first to offer comfort during difficult moments, and often the people who know our residents best. They work tirelessly day in and day out, providing hands-on care, compassion, dignity, and support to someone else's loved one—the same way we would want our own family members cared for.
Their work is physically demanding, emotionally challenging, and often goes unnoticed. Yet they continue to show up every day with dedication, patience, and heart.
This week, we celebrate our CNAs and thank them for the countless ways they make a difference in the lives of our residents and their families. Your hard work, commitment, and compassion do not go unnoticed.
