There’s something special about moving your body outdoors—the breeze, the birds, the sunshine on your skin. It’s the perfect way to slow down, breathe deeper, and start your weekend feeling refreshed.

A few things to know:
✨ Class will be held on the front lawn
✨ Outdoor loaner mats are available
