Sound Bath Sunday!!!Tomorrow Sun. Aug. 23, Aug.30th Sept. 6th Sound Baths are canceled ( Ev’s Out of Town ). We will resume on Sunday Sept. 13th at any earlier time. Please follow my Facebook/instagram where they will be announced. I hope you’ll join us then as we experience the Fall cooler air, the colors, scents, and sounds of Powder Mill Park evoke the cozy, crisp mood of the changing season..Eutierria Wellness founder Evelyn Spruill will guide you though themed meditations as your mind and body quite while absorbing the music fully. SOUND BATH SUNDAY!!!

You are cordially invited to a serene community experience featuring Soundbath and forthcoming Breathwork sessions at PowderMill Park's Shady Rest Shelter area, located on Woolston Road, directly across from the ski hill and adjacent to the playground parking lot is the road to shelter ( drive back to the shelter and park in the lot near porta potty ) . Join Evelyn Spruill, founder of Eutierria Wellness Spa, on Sundays at 7pm (until Oct. 4 weather permitting) for an evening of tranquility. Please arrive promptly at 7:00 pm to secure your spot, and we will commence at 7:15pm. For optimal comfort, kindly bring water, insect repellent, a yoga mat, pillows, a blanket, and/or a chair. A suggested donation of $25 is appreciated and can be paid in cash or via Venmo. Questions (585)230-0910
