Great partnerships start with great leadership!

That's why we’re excited to welcome Blake Nordlund as our new Vice President of Business Development.

Blake brings more than a decade of experience across healthcare operations, ambulatory development, and strategic partnerships.

He began his career with United Surgical Partners International (USPI) supporting their Pacific Market, where he worked closely with health system and physician partners to support operational performance and growth across a portfolio of ambulatory surgery centers.

Blake later spent seven years at Atlas Healthcare Partners, most recently serving as Senior Vice President of Development, where he helped expand the organization’s national platform. During his time there, he led initiatives focused on health system partnerships, de novo development, and M&A, supporting the growth of ambulatory surgery center joint ventures across multiple markets.

Blake holds a Master’s degree in Health Management & Policy from the University of Michigan and a double major in Finance and Entrepreneurship from the University of Arizona.

In his new role, Blake will focus on developing strategic partnerships with health systems and expanding Intuitive Health’s innovative hybrid emergency room and urgent care model across key markets nationwide.

We’re beyond excited to welcome Daniel Norselli as our new Vice President of Business Development!

Daniel brings more than 20 years of executive leadership experience driving growth, strategic partnerships, and operational expansion across healthcare and enterprise organizations.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree from Northeastern University and an MBA from the Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT).

Most recently, Daniel served as Vice President of Strategic Ventures and President of Mercy GoHealth at Mercy Health, where he led enterprise growth initiatives, including Mercy GoHealth and strategic M&A activity spanning hospitals, ambulatory services, pharmacy, and surgery centers.

Throughout his career, he has been recognized as a Presidents Club award recipient and was named a Forty Under 40 honoree by the Rochester Business Journal, reflecting his strong business acumen, disciplined ex*****on, and consistent history of excellence in building high-performing organizations and delivering sustainable results.

In his new role, he’ll be spearheading health system partnerships in the North Territory, driving the growth of Intuitive Health’s innovative hybrid emergency and urgent care model.
