Keeping you up to date on the latest in chiropractic, nutrition, health & wellness, pregnancy and kids

Houdeshell Chiropractic offers chiropractic care to ALL ages. Our approach to treatment is to find the underlying cause of the problem, keeping our patient's best interest in mind. We not only treats the symptoms, but will also work with you to prevent problems from occurring in the future. Each treatment program is designed specifically for the individual. She finds it especially important to help patients improve their overall health with spinal adjustments, nutritional counseling, exercise and stretching instructions. She will take the extra time with patients to reduce pain with muscle and soft tissue massage. Dr. Callie is also certified in the Webster Technique, which is used as a safe means to restore proper pelvic balance and function for pregnant mothers. A large percentage of pregnant women experience back pain during pregnancy, due to structural changes that occur to pregnant mother's body and to the rapid growth of the baby. This analysis has been shown to reduce the effects of intrauterine constraint, allowing the baby to get into the best possible position for birth and to create an environment for an easier, safer delivery.

This month. we are featuring our Multi-Element Buffered C.
Vitamin C helps promote normal histamine and healthy inflammatory responses and its buffered nature makes it gentle on the stomach. Vitamin C is also important for immune function and antioxidant protection, as well as collagen and connective tissue production. Multi-Element Buffered C also includes essential minerals that support vitamin C’s function in the body, as well as reduced L-glutathione, an antioxidant, to support the body’s innate antioxidant defense systems.
