A HUGE appreciation post and thank you to a wonderful friend Dena Archer owner of Archer Bodyworks 🤍 She gifted me this and as I read it again knowing this is what she thinks of me its important she knows the feeling is mutual.

For being such a light in my life, holding space for me and being supportive in more ways than one. I'm so grateful the universe has had our life paths cross many many years ago. She is such a force and I'm so grateful to have her support in so many ways. I can not even express how much it has meant to me. When I first knew what was going on with Damien I was at an appointment with her and just cried. She just held space, reminded me it was a safe space to cry and let it out while cradling my head. Having people in your life that just hold space and hold you up is invaluable.

To know Dena and have anyone remotely like her in your corner or circle is a blessing. 🤍 Love this woman big.

If you haven't been to her space you need to check it out. If you have and haven't been in a while I think it's time to treat yourself to some self care.
