Kick off your boots before summer rides off into the sunset! 🌅🐎

We celebrated the end of summer the Western way here at the Nebraska Masonic Home! Our residents took their best shots at the shooting range , cheered on some exciting horse races 🐎, and even tested their skills tossing horseshoes! There were plenty of smiles, laughs, and a little friendly competition along the way. What a wonderful way to saddle up and say goodbye to another great summer! Yeehaw! Until next summer! 🤠

Things got a little comical at The Nebraska Masonic Home this afternoon! 😂

Our Executive Director, April Johnston, was a great sport and stepped into some seriously oversized pants while residents put their aim to the test—tossing beach balls and trying to make the perfect shot! 🎯😂

Who knew a pair of giant yellow pants could bring this much laughter?! Our residents had a ball—literally! 💛

A big thank you to April for always being willing to join in the fun and give our residents plenty to smile about. There was definitely no shortage of laughs this afternoon!

We tried something NEW today! 🎶

For the first time, we gave Music Bingo a try—and it was such a fun time! 🎵 From recognizing familiar tunes to singing along and trying to get that BINGO, there were plenty of smiles, laughs, and great memories along the way. We love switching things up and finding new ways to have fun together here at the Nebraska Masonic Home! 🎶✨ We think Music Bingo may just have to make another appearance! 😉

Who says you have to leave home for a picnic? We enjoyed a lovely supper right on the patio! Good food, fresh air, and even better company made for the perfect evening together

Our residents put their thinking caps on for a fun and strategic game of dominoes! Lots of smiles, friendly competition, and a little bit of luck made for a great time.
