CJ graduated from the University of Southern Maine with a bachelor's degree in exercise science,

where he developed and helped implement a strength and conditioning curriculum. After graduation, CJ worked as an Intern Strength and Conditioning Coach at North Carolina State, coaching various teams from basketball, to wrestling, to various track disciplines. CJ draws upon his expertise in exercise science, strength and conditioning, and manual therapy to educate clients, assist in recovery, alleviate pain, reduce injury risk, and enhance performance. In 2014, CJ's desire to help his clients led him to further his education, and he earned his Massage Therapy License and certification in Active Release Techniques®. We're excited to be on-site at two upcoming events supporting athletes before, during, and after they compete.

🏋️ NH State Weightlifting Championships at
We’ll be there supporting New Hampshire’s weightlifting community and helping athletes stay moving and feeling their best throughout competition day.

💪 Juggernaut Fitness – Raise The Bar Fundraiser at
We’re proud to support this event and the athletes coming together to lift for a great cause!

At both events, White Mountain Peak Performance will have a treatment table set up and will be available to work with athletes on-site — whether you need a little attention before you compete, some help between events, or recovery work once you’re finished.

If you’re competing, come find us, say hello, and hop on the table!

08/11/2026

The goal isn’t just to feel better when you leave the table. It’s to help your body move, perform, and handle the things you ask of it every day.

At White Mountain Peak Performance, we combine hands-on bodywork with intentional movement to help address what’s holding you back and build toward what comes next.

Whether that means getting back under the bar, onto the trail, on your bike, or simply moving through life with more confidence—the work we do in the clinic is designed to support what you want to do outside of it.

Because ultimately, it’s about getting you back to doing what you love.

Ready to get moving? Book your session today.

Your body whispers before it screams.

A little stiffness when you wake up.
That nagging shoulder.
The tight hips you’ve been stretching for months.
The headache that always shows up after a long day.

Most people wait until those whispers become pain that forces them to stop doing the things they love.

But what if you didn’t have to wait?

Seeking care isn’t just about fixing injuries—it’s about staying ahead of them. The sooner you address small issues, the easier they are to change.

Your future self will thank you.

Dealing with those lingering aches and pains that just won’t go away?

Whether it’s from training, work, or everyday life, you don’t have to just put up with it.

Book your appointment online today and let’s get you moving and feeling your best again. 💪

Inputs vs. Outputs 💡

If you keep repeating the same inputs, you’ll keep getting the same output.

Small, intentional changes can create a very different response.

Your body is always responding to what you give it—
Change the input, and the output can change too.

If you’ve been stretching, resting, foam rolling—and still dealing with tightness, pain, or limited movement… there’s usually a deeper issue.

At White Mountain Peak Performance, we don’t just chase symptoms.
We combine hands-on myofascial work with movement-based retraining to help your body move the way it’s meant to—efficiently, effectively, and without compensation.

Because if your body doesn’t learn a new pattern, it will always fall back into the old one.

This is where real change happens.

Your session isn’t something that just *happens* to you—it’s something you actively take part in.

At White Mountain Peak Performance, we use movement and manual therapy to restore normal function. Comprehensive soft tissue work has to consider the impact of the nervous system (brain, spinal cord, nerves, and proprioceptors). We treat the neuro-muscular system by combining manual therapy with movement which can change how the brain holds tension in our musculature. You’ll engage, move, and work through patterns alongside us—because lasting results come from participation, not passivity.

This approach helps us address soft tissue issues at the source, improve mobility, and build resilience so your body performs better long after the session ends.

Recover faster. Move better. Live pain-free
