🚨 Important Update for Missouri Medicaid Patients 🚨
We want to make our patients and community aware of an important change that will affect many Missouri families. Beginning July 1, 2026, chiropractic services will no longer be covered under Missouri Medicaid (MO HealthNet). Due to state budget cuts, coverage for chiropractic care, acupuncture, and physical therapy for chronic pain management is being eliminated. After June 30, 2026, Medicaid will no longer pay for visits to a licensed chiropractor.
The Missouri Chiropractic Physicians Association is actively working to challenge this decision by communicating with legislators, the Governor’s office, and other key stakeholders in hopes of restoring access to these essential healthcare services. If you or someone you love has benefited from chiropractic care through Medicaid, we encourage you to contact your Missouri State Representative and State Senator. Share your personal story and explain how chiropractic care has positively impacted your health and well-being. Every voice matters, and your story can make a difference.
