To this I add that "faith" also includes faith in ourselves as well as faith in those we love and trust, in our lives.
We cannot nurture fear and faith at the same time...typically it's one OR the other that we contribute to.
It only takes the smallest amount of faith, the smallest spark to grow more faith! How will you choose faith over fear today dear Readers? ✨

Our lives take us in all directions, and it's easy to suddenly find ourselves being swept up in global concerns, and momentarily forgetting that everyday life is unfolding right before us, in our own little corner of our world...family birthday, visitors coming, coffee with friends, a rock painting afternoon, etc, etc! You get the gist!

I believe that it's vital, dear Readers, that we continue to exercise the brain "muscles" and elasticity of hope and possibility and being pleasantly surprised in the this life we are currently given to journey through.

The dark days will eventually pass, and the saddest thing to me, would be that I would've forgotten how to believe in hope and possibility. ✨🌈✨
