Today brings a powerful full moon—an event that many people in holistic wellness circles view as a time of heightened energy, awareness, and release.

Many practitioners and individuals who support their bodies with herbal parasite cleansing report noticing increased symptoms around the full moon, such as digestive changes, fatigue, sleep disturbances, cravings, or feeling “off.”

While research has not confirmed a direct connection, it’s an observation that has been shared for generations across many healing traditions.

What I do know is this: our bodies are constantly communicating with us.
