Happy Friday everyone, happy last day of July. Most that have beared with me thru this AC fiasco I appreciate your continued support. The unit still has not been replaced, however I am in a temp suite for the time being. If you do happen to make an appointment I will reach out to let you know where to go.

Next week I have limited availability, I will be closed Monday/Tuesday. I had a dear friend that passed away on Easter this year and her birthday is on Monday, I am taking a few days in honor of her.

Have a great weekend and look forward to seeing you on the table soon!!

Excited to be bringing in a new line to the office! Which one will you want for your next session??

07/03/2026

Hello everyone! This is the current temp in my office. I am making the call to close and not see any more clients today. The main central air conditioning system is down and I foresee the temp in my office is only getting worse. If you have an appointment today you have been reached out to by either text or email as I navigate this situation that is out of my hands. Thank you very much for understanding and I hope everyone stays cool out there today and this weekend. Happy 4th to those that celebrate it!

What's the difference between relaxation and deep tissue massage?

Relaxing = calming
Deep Tissue = corrective

Deep tissue focuses on:
✔️Breaking up tight muscle patterns
✔️Improving mobility
✔️Reducing chronic pain

If you've been dealing with the same tight spots for months.....this is where real change happens.

Now booking for Thursday afternoon and Friday.

Today is World Health Day🌿

When we think about health, we often think about diet or exercise....

But what about the tension your body is holding onto every day?

Tight shoulder.
Lower back pain.
Constant stiffness.

That's your body telling you something needs attention.

Deep tissue massage isn't just about relaxation - it's about:
✔️Reducing chronic pain
✔️Improving mobility
✔️Supporting overall wellness

Taking care of your body is part of taking care of your health.

I have a few openings this week, if you've ben needing a reset.

Message me or see my website for current availability:

If your shoulders feel line rocks by the end of the day......you're not alone!!

I've been seeing a lot of clients latley with:
-Tight neck & shoulder
-Headaches from tension
-Upper back stiffness from work or workouts

Deep tissue massage isn't just relaxing - it actually helps release that built-up tension so your body can reset.

I have a few openings this week. Message me or visit my website for current availability!!
