Maya is the queen of slow, nurturing, and intentional massage. I had a hard night of sleep thinking about all the things happening in the world and her session invited me into a deeply restful and soulful place. She’s got a bunch of free time tomorrow after getting some late cancellations. I wholeheartedly recommend her whether you want slow and gentle unwinding work for your nervous system or luxuriant deep but gentle massage. Her schedule is available for online bookings. I promise you’ll be glad you did this for yourself.

I'd love to see you for acupuncture in the month of September. I am offering some availability solely for acupuncture only appointments but you can schedule in any open time slot. As always, I love working with women's/queer health, chronic and complex pain, EDS/hypermobility spectrum, somatic/emotional healing, and other unusual or puzzling presentations. I offer a trauma informed and collaborative wellness experience and value your expertise. I'd love to see you. $75 for any acupuncture only appointment in September. I am not billing insurance directly at this time but you may be able to submit to your insurance for reimbursement. Just let me know if you need a superbill.

I’m back working full-time at Ritualuna Wellness. I received my Acupuncture license yesterday and I wanted to announce that I will be offering Acupuncture only sessions, combined Acupuncture and bodywork sessions, as well as traditional myofascial bodywork sessions over the next couple of months at our current location. I will be offering a discount for the next month on Acupuncture only sessions. I do have some exciting updates coming, but they are not solidified so I’m not going to make any announcements about that yet. Please watch my video and I look forward to seeing or talking to you soon.
